Our courses encourage active learning instead of passive lecture-watching. They are live programs with workshop-style sessions, direct access to expert instructors, access to the community with your peers, and regular feedback

In this role you will:

💡 Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the Airtribe community.
🤝 Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where members feel valued and respected.
🗣️ Moderate community discussions and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
🎉 Plan and execute virtual events, workshops, and other community initiatives.
📊 Monitor community feedback and sentiment, and use insights to continuously improve the community experience.
🚀 Work closely with the marketing team to promote community events and initiatives across various channels.
📞 Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
📈 Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.

What we’re looking for:
🎓 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
🌟 Proven experience managing online communities, preferably in a startup or tech-focused environment.
✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
🧠 Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive community growth and engagement.
🛠️ Experience with community management tools and platforms is a plus.
🔧 Familiarity with product and engineering concepts is desirable but not required.

A plus if you also have:

• 2+ years experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in Ed-tech/learning community
• Passion in learning and growing
• Understanding of communities, cohort-based learning, and new features coming on the platform
• Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop a hypothesis
